Job responsibilities：
●According to the design of compound synthesis, organic synthesis experiment was carried out；
●Assist the researcher to carry out project experiment, synthesis test, pilot test and implement process handover with production department；
●Write test records and reports according to the specifications, have certain scientific research exploration ability, and can consult and track the progress of literature in the field；
●Find and solve the routine problems in the experiment；
●Safety knowledge of synthesis laboratory, daily use, sorting, cleaning and maintenance of laboratory related equipment；
●Accept and finish other tasks assigned by the company or superior leaders on time；
Job requirements：
●Major in organic chemistry, with practical experience in laboratory, bachelor degree for more than 4 years, master degree for more than 2 years；
●Familiar with organic synthesis, product separation and structure identification skills；
●Familiar with synthesis process and pilot scale-up process and practical operation；
●Familiar with literature retrieval skills, good English reading and writing skills；
●Good professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, rigorous and down-to-earth work, careful and serious；
●Good oral and communication skills, good team spirit；
